There are songs that can be so hauntingly beautiful. I don’t know if it is her voice, or the lyrics but I can say I like all of Florence + The Machine’s music. I was just listening to this song and the video is a bit dark, creepy and very literal. AND I LOVE IT.
My love has concrete feet, my love’s an iron ball, wrapped around your ankles over the waterfall.
It’s been a long time since I feel heavy like that. Sigh.
